孙启军,博士,特聘教授,广东省“珠江人才计划”青年拔尖人才。2017年博士毕业于香港城市大学物理及材料科学系。围绕“柔性传感材料力学-电学耦合机制与突触可塑性调控规律”这一科学问题,针对柔性触觉传感灵敏度不足、信号处理延迟高、感知与计算分离等关键挑战,面向先进集成电路与神经形态芯片发展需求,系统揭示弹性体微结构与压阻效应的定量关联;并基于集成电路集成思路,研制兼具高灵敏触觉感知与神经形态计算功能的触觉人工神经元集成系统,突破传统感知单元与计算单元分立架构的局限,实现感知-存储-计算在器件与芯片层面的深度融合,为仿生触觉反馈、人机交互等领域提供新型感存算一体化集成电路解决方案。主要研究方向:1. 触觉传感器结构仿生;2. 多模态传感器件应用;3. 传感系统集成。目前发表SCI论文120 余篇,其中以第一作者(或通讯作者)身份发表50余篇,包括 Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Energy, Small, Nano Materials Science等,ESI高被引论文3篇,谷歌学术累计被引 5100 余次,H-index = 40, 主编中文专著1本,撰写英文著作3章,授权多项美国发明专利。主持国家自然科学基金1项、广东省自然科学基金面上等省部级项目6项。担任SCI期刊Soft Science(IF = 9.0)青年编委, 长期担任Nature Electronics, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Materials Today, Nano Energy, Small等50余个期刊的审稿人,多次担任国际、国内学术会议大会执行主席及分会主席。
