个人简介:

聂兆刚博士是2016年广东工业大学从海外引进的高层次人才百人计划特聘教授。2007年毕业于中科院长春光机与物理研究所,国家重点实验室,凝聚态物理专业(硕博连读),师从于凝聚态物理学专家张家骅研究员(中科院百人计划获得者,中国发光学会委员)和王笑军教授(h-index = 41, Light:Science & ApplicationsElsevier’sMaterials Research Bulletin编委),从事发光材料和发光动力学研究(课题方向:量子剪裁荧光材料及其发光动力学)。随着飞秒激光光谱学的发展,2007年以后开始从事飞秒激光超强超快光谱学研究。首先加入韩国延世大学(QS世界大学综合排名前100)等从事飞秒激光超强光物理研究(课题方向:飞秒激光诱导光致发光及其三维光存储应用),而后加入日本电气通信大学国际著名的TakayoshiKobayashi(小林孝嘉)超快激光实验室(T. Kobayashi为原东京大学教授,现任日本电气通信大学特任教授,是国际著名激光光谱学专家,中国科学院2010年度第一批外国专家特聘研究员,是自1995年以来包括日本光谱学,化学,物理学等学会多次科学成就奖的获得者)和新加坡南洋理工大学(2016QS世界大学综合排名第13) 两个国际著名5飞秒超快激光光谱学实验室从事飞秒超快动力学研究(课题方向:低维半导体纳米材料和生物分子的超快电-声子动力学过程研究)。

聂博士的研究工作涉及10飞秒超快动力学,超快光学技术,高密度光存储,发光材料和发光动力学等交叉学科。近五年的工作主要是基于飞秒激光的超短脉冲时间和超强峰值功率两个方面的特性,研究新型光电功能材料和生物分子(包括水分子)的各种超快电-声子动力学过程。研究工作对新型光电功能材料的器件设计和对理解光辐射对生物体的影响有重要意义。聂博士共发表文章39篇,包括ACS Nano,Physics Review B, Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, Applied PhysicsLetters, Optical Letters 等业界广泛认可的文章37(SCIEI收录)35篇被SCI收录,2篇被EI收录,参与发表专利2项,排名第一作者(或通信作者)文章20篇,前三作者文章28(仅包括SCI文章)

飞秒激光是研究自然界各种光与物质相互作用中超快动力学过程的强大工具。世界各国对超快激光技术及其应用高度重视,相互竞争已经进入白热化阶段。飞秒超快动力学的研究可以在光功能、新能源等材料设计,化学反应机理,生命现象本质等诸多领域在实验和理论上提供具有重要意义的机理性探索和指导。欢迎有志于超快光谱学研究的同学报考,同时也欢迎博士后人员加入团队,一起开拓飞秒超快动力学研究的美好明天。
